In 2017 there was project that aimed to bring the rdr map to gta v, and even that got shutdown by Take 2 Interactive. I didnât see gta V mod but i have seen maps that are bigger than that so it shouldnât be a problem.

Enjoy the new GTA conversion for Assetto Corsa with Traffic on the complete map, now only on 2REAL Server! We have now 2 GTA servers, new server has dynamic weather changes, time multiplayer, way more traffic and also a lot of plug-ins enabled (see above). Press Ctrl + D on the GTA Server II to enable Drift / Police Scoreboard Ui.

Let's note that Assetto Corsa used in the video in question is already quite a "vintage" production - the game from Kunos Simulazioni was released in 2014.
