The solution: - Remove the mirror cover with a plastic pry (the painted part) - Check at the attached picture. - Drill a 1/4 inch hole about 3/16 deep at the marked place until you see the second assembly with a small hole below the first. - Put some break cleaner on the small hole below the one you drilled.
